DESCRIPTION: We have been retained by Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center to locate an Executive Director, who will function as the Senior Administrative Officer of the Hospital. Lincoln is a Level I Trauma Center, member of NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC) and part of the Generations +/Northern Manhattan Network. HHC has a fully integrated health delivery system with its own health plan, Metro Plus. Lincoln has a clinical affiliation with Physician Association Group of New York (PAGNY) and an academic affiliation with Weill Cornell School of Medicine. Lincoln was founded in 1839 and has provided quality health care to the Bronx community for more than 170 years. Lincoln has 347 certified beds, including 20 bassinets. In 2012 the hospital had 25,000+ discharges, 10,000+ + ambulatory surgeries, more than 500,000 outpatient clinic visits and over 160,000 ED visits, making it one of the busiest Level I Trauma Center in the Northeast.

EXPERIENCE: The successful candidate will have a strong, proven, progressive management track record in a busy and vibrant acute care teaching hospital, preferably in an inner city environment, culminating in a CEO/COO or Sr. VP title. He/she should have exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication and strategic planning skills. NO RELOCATION PROVIDED AT THIS TIME!
