DESCRIPTION: We have been retained by a large metropolitan New York City organization, which offers a continuum of healthcare for the geriatric community, to locate a seasoned Account Manager for their Long Term Home Care and Managed Care programs. This person will be expected to go out into the community to source new accounts for the programs. Qualifications: · Five years of successful sales experience working with Managed Long Term Care Plans (MLTCP), Managed Medicaid Programs, Long Term Home Health Care Programs, or Certified Home Health Care Programs a. Experience in Medicare Advantage Plans a plus b. Bilingual Spanish a plus c. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel a must Region: Primarily Bronx - Must have car and clean license Programs: · Sales for Long Term Home Health Care Program · Sales for Managed Long Term Care Plan Responsibilities: · Face to face sales calls to assigned referral sources a. Develop key relationships at referral sources b. Keep current on referral source developments · Prospect for new referral sources through cold calls and from internally generated leads · Participate in community activities several times per year · 7- 10 sales calls per week and sales reports on a weekly basis · Presentations as needed Expectations: · 100 admissions in 1st year Our client offers a strong base salary plus commission for every admission into the program along with an excellent benefit package.
